FLEXIM is a ready-to-use, storm-proof roof tile adhesive that stays flexible.
FLEXIM Roof Mortar can be used for new construction, re-roofing, repairs and sealing on concrete, clay and other types of tile, including slate. FLEXIM is instantly waterproof.
Being lightweight and easily pliable, FLEXIM will retain its shape and will not crack, break or slump like conventional mortars. FLEXIM's main application is to adhere and seal all perimeters on concrete, clay and slate roofs. However, FLEXIM can be used for instant repairs as well.
Using FLEXIM, attaching new ridge and hip tiles securely to old roofs is no longer a time consuming problem. Closing and waterproofing valleys with FLEXIM is done in minutes.
Within a few days of application, Flexim forms a self-protecting layer on the outside, which makes it airtight. This way Flexim can never dry out completely on the inside and will always retain its flexibility. Flexim is totally unaffected by any contraction or expansion of a roof system or any wind uplift force on the tiles. |

| Composition |
|
 |
 |
Flexim’s unique composition allows it to retain its flexibility while acting as a durable adhesive and sealant. Its key component is natural linseed oil, a material used in the building industry for centuries.
Flexim contains no asbestos or other hazardous materials, and the lightweight CFC-free polystyrene beads make Flexim easy to use on steep roofs and under difficult conditions.
